What are the services offered by me?
First of all, I would like you to know that you should consider this as an educational service. What is offered is NOT investment advice. Although I have been a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser for some years after moving back to India, the regulatory and compliance burden is far too onerous for me to offer Investment Advice. That requires me to understand your personal financial situation in great details and tailor products specifically for your situation.
There are essentially four products that I offer to members of my Exclusive Club.

Membership benefits:
All of the above are personally designed and executed by me and emailed to you. There is no army of analysts who churn out mindless reports as a running business. I don't offer market calls! As a SEBI registered research analyst, with a global reputation that has been built over several decades, the quality of my work is important to me, as it is to you.
Membership fee and how it works:
The Watch List requires a small investment of $75 (Rs 5,000) to access. All communication will be via email, only to those who have at least one unit in their account. The subject line will clearly state which market is being covered, allowing you the freedom of not accessing the watchlist for that week. For example, if you are travelling, you may choose not to take any action on my email that week. Should none of the trades get triggered in a particular week, I will send you a free update on my next watchlist.
Suppose you purchase 4 units for $300 (Rs 20,000). Whenever you access a NEW WatchList, the system will reduce your account by one unit. When you run out of units, your access will be restricted.
Your units never expire! You could go away for 2 months and come back to use the remaining balance. If you would like a refund of the remaining balance, no problem! Just write to me your bank or PayPal details and I will arange it promptly.
How to access the Watch List:
Once you receive my email informing you about a new watchlist, typically on Saturday or Sunday, you should log in to your account by using the button at the top right corner of this website. Then you will be taken to a dashboard where you will see the link for the watchlist of your market. Remember, you will only be charged once for that particular list. You can also log in and check it out multiple times. Our systems will remember you, and give you free access once you have paid for that update.
How will I know that a WatchList did not produce any result?
I watch the stocks on my Watchlist! If none of the instruments listed get triggered, I will send you an email with a replacement list. If you don;t hear from me, you can check and you will find that at least one of the items had been triggered.
Will you guide me where to exit?
You should consider the watch list as a service to merely shorten your search to something that has a good potential. I will not be sending any updates. Don't consider the list as trade recommendations, although you are free to do what you wish! I would have defined my own entry strategy and stop loss. Thats about it. Sometimes, more than one stock will be triggered, and you just got lucky!
What happens if our levels are reached while I am asleep?
Once again, you should consider the Watch List as educational material. How you handle your own trades is your individual choice.
Will I get a refund if we make a loss?
No. Your payment is to see how I would plan and execute a trade. If you choose to follow my trading pattern, it is your own decision. I am trying to make these issues as transparent as possible so that you realize that Exclusive Membership at WaveTimes is something SPECIAL. You will be speaking to one of the most trusted and experienced Elliott Wave specialists in the world. There is no hard-sell here. You should join only if you are a risk-seeker and you wish to benefit from my insights. There is no guarantee that my ideas will all work. There will be occasional episodes of losses, but such losses will usually be small. I am trading a system that gives us an edge, not a guarantee of profits. Again, there won't be too any updates. My Watchlist shows levels where I might move in when the risk is low, and profit potential is attractive. This is a chance for you to experience a different approach to the markets. Feel free to look up the hundreds of examples on my blog first, and if you still wish to join us, you are welcome!
What about any unused credits in my account? Will I get a refund of those?
Yes, of course! I have a no-questions-asked refund policy of any unused credits in your account. Just send me an email, and the refund will be arranged quickly.
