What are the services offered by me?
First of all, I would like you to know that you should consider this as an educational service. What is offered is NOT investment advice. Although I have been a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser for some years after moving back to India, the regulatory and compliance burden is far too onerous for me to offer Investment Advice. That requires me to understand your personal financial situation in great details and tailor products specifically for your situation. I have also recently surrendered my SEBI registration as a Research Analyst. That means I'm restricted on offering certain services to India-based members, such as analysis on individual stocks (Indices, Forex and commodities are exempted).
There are essentially three products that I offer to members of my Exclusive Club.

2. Consulting service.

Membership benefits:
All of the above are personally designed and executed by me and emailed to you. There is no army of analysts who churn out mindless reports as a running business. I don't offer market calls! As an analyst with a global reputation that has been built over several decades, the quality of my work is important to me, as it is to you. You get the same attention to detail as when I do work for some of the world's best traders and investors.
Membership fee and how it works:
The Watch List requires a small investment of $75 (Rs 5,000) to access. All communication will be via email, only to those who have at least one unit in their account. The subject line will clearly state which market is being covered, allowing you the freedom of not accessing the watchlist for that week. For example, if you are travelling, you may choose not to take any action on my email that week. Should none of the trades get triggered in a particular week, I will send you a free update on my next watchlist.
Suppose you purchase 4 units for $300 (Rs 20,000). Whenever you ask for a specially prepared analysis (consultation) I will reduce your account by two units. If it a chart pack that you purchase (when one is offered by me,) I will charge you one unit. When you run out of units, your access will be restricted.
Your units never expire! You could go away for 2 months and come back to use the remaining balance. If you would like a refund of the remaining balance, no problem! Just write to me your bank or PayPal details and I will arange it promptly.
Will you guide me after I make a purchase?
You should consider my analysis as a service to merely confirm your suspicion about a certain instrument, or to get an unbiased independent opinion before you make a big bet. I will not be sending any follow-up updates once an anlsysis has been sent to you. If a set-up looked promising, I would have defined an entry strategy and stop loss. If my opinion is that a low-risk opportunity did not exist, I will tell you that plainly and with reasons.
What happens if our levels are reached while I am asleep?
Once again, you should consider my analysis as educational material. How you handle your own trades is your individual choice.
Will I get a refund if we make a loss?
No. Your payment is to see how I would plan and execute a trade. If you choose to follow my trading pattern, it is your own decision. I am trying to make these issues as transparent as possible so that you realize that Exclusive Membership at WaveTimes is something SPECIAL. You will be speaking to one of the most trusted and experienced Elliott Wave specialists in the world. There is no hard-sell here. You should join only if you are a risk-seeker and you wish to benefit from my insights. There is no guarantee that my ideas will all work. There will be occasional episodes of losses, but such losses will usually be small. I am trading a system that gives us an edge, not a guarantee of profits. Again, there won't be too any offers of chart packs. My analysis will likely shows levels where I might move in when the risk is low, and profit potential is attractive. This is a chance for you to experience a different approach to the markets. Feel free to look up the hundreds of examples on my blog first, and if you still wish to join us, you are welcome!
What about any unused credits in my account? Will I get a refund of those?
Yes, of course! I have a no-questions-asked refund policy of any unused credits in your account. Just send me an email, and the refund will be arranged quickly.
